Scenario
Your extFS or APFS volumes show lower data transfer speeds compared to Windows natively supported file systems (NTFS, exFAT, FAT32) when mounted via Linux File Systems for Windows by Paragon Software or APFS for Windows by Paragon Software respectively.
Possible cause
Both APFS for Windows by Paragon Software and Linux File Systems for Windows by Paragon Software use the Dokan driver as a proxy between applications and the file system. In some cases, this may cause slower performance in comparison to kernel-level drivers. Usage of hubs and dock stations has also been reported as a cause for poor performance.
Possible solution
To maximize transfer speeds, try attaching the drives directly to the PC as opposed to using hubs. Make sure the cable is intact and the connection is stable.
