Older versions of Paragon Hard Disk Manager had a Bootable media expiry period of 1 year after its creation, after which a message would be displayed upon boot that the recovery media was no longer valid and needed to be re-created.
Versions starting from 17.20.17 and later don't have such limitation (with the exception of Technician licenses).
Please be sure to re-create your USB bootable media using the latest version available.
