Launch Paragon Hard Disk Manager, click on the gear icon (settings) → Collect logs files.
Click Next and specify the path for the logs archive to be created at.
Click Next and wait for the logs to be collected.
Click Open archived logs location to get access to the new logs archive. Attach it to your reply to the Support Team.
If your copy of Paragon Hard Disk Manager™ 17 Advanced fails to be launched and the logs archive is required to troubleshoot this issue, please use the Windows search field (usually located at the bottom left of your screen, right next to the Start menu icon) → Logs collector tool. Perform the steps above.
