Scenario
You've installed NTFS for Mac, but the drive won't mount or is Read-only
Reason
Usually it's caused by presence of Third-party NTFS driver (by other manufacturer)
If that's the case, File system type isn't "Microsoft NTFS" in the app (Windows NTFS or other)
Solution
1. Uninstall NTFS for Mac by Paragon Software: https://paragon-software.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/14099826647441
2.Unisntall other NTFS for Mac drivers (you can find instructons on their manufacturers' website or by contacting their support)
3. Reboot your Mac
4. Reinstall Microsoft NTFS for Mac by Paragon Software
