If you wish (of if it's not possible to use built-in WIM image as a base for the Recovery Environment), you can let the product use Windows ADK to prepare the Recovery Media.
Please also note that it's currently not possible to use WLAN cards in Recovery Media created using ADK.
More info about ADK is available here: https://learn.microsoft.com/windows-hardware/get-started/adk-install
ADK should usually correspond to the installed Windows version used, or to the latest Windows version which works with the desired Device Drivers you might want to add (in case they're not available for the latest available ADK/Windows version on the manufacturer's web site, which may be the case for older hardware, specifically – laptops or pre-built PC).
It's required to install the following components:
• Deployment Tools (installed automatically for recent ADK versions)
• Windows PE (distributed as a separate add-on for recent ADK versions)
After installation, the required files would be located in the path similar to one below – specify it in the RMB wizard when prompted:
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\1803 (or different number, corresponding to ADK build version)
