Paragon Software Support Team may ask you to provide the program's Verbose (Extended) logs in order to troubleshoot mounting issues. Verbose logging is disabled by default lest the log files become too large due to a high number of recorded operations.
Please launch Microsoft NTFS for Mac by Paragon Software user interface.
In the program menu, choose Paragon NTFS for Mac 15 → Preferences.
Click on the lock icon to make changes. Set the System report format to Extended (Verbose mode).
Then close the Preferences window and reproduce your problem (usually this means mounting a problematic NTFS-volume).
Click Help → Save Logs.
A new log archive will be created in the specified directory (on the Desktop by default).
Please attach it to your reply to the Support Team.
